As a Bungee Trampoline Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering unforgettable experiences to our participants. You will ensure the safety of participants, guide them through bungee trampoline sessions, and create a fun and engaging atmosphere that brings people in and keeps them coming back.
You’ll also play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the business. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Guide team, overseeing safety protocols, and ensuring the team maintains the highest standards of customer service and provides excellent experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Bungee Trampoline Guides, fostering a culture of safety, excellence, and guest satisfaction.
Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, equipment maintenance, and safety checks.
Engage mall-goers and encourage them to try a bungee trampoline session. Answer questions and address concerns accurately, politely, and professionally.
Assist with fitting harnesses and safety equipment, ensuring proper fit and comfort.
Give clear and concise instructions on proper equipment usage, safety protocols, and techniques.
Monitor participant behavior and adherence to safety guidelines during sessions.
Ensure a positive and thrilling experience for participants, using props or encouragement as appropriate.
Accurately process payment and keep records.
Maintain a strong focus on safety, adhering to and enhancing safety protocols.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Uphold company policies and standards at all times.
Qualifications:
A positive attitude, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A passion for adventure and providing exceptional customer experiences.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle various participant scenarios.
Physical fitness and ability to demonstrate bungee trampoline techniques.
Experience in a leadership role, and strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
High physical fitness and ability to demonstrate bungee trampoline techniques.
High school diploma or equivalent; CPR and First Aid certification are a plus.
